Tracing its history back to 1701, the Firm has not only one of the best private client practices in the UK but also first class corporate, commercial, banking and real estate expertise.

GRAFTON ASSOCIATES

Andrew chairs this Jersey-based property company which invests on behalf of and advises the Fox Property Fund, an offshoot of JJ Fox International. The company holds significant property assets in Coventry, Evesham and Southampton.

WESTFORT ADVISORS

Westfort Advisors is a real estate debt services firm offering a range of outsourcing and advisory services, including debt advisory (sourcing, arranging, structuring and execution), as well as debt asset management, debt restructuring and workout, and performing/non-performing loan underwriting.

He also works with various other businesses as well as a number of personal clients. A large part of his practice involves legal project management, essentially advising overseas and/or time-poor clients on their choice and instruction of UK lawyer and then supervising the legal process to ensure that transactions are correctly structured and documented.

Present business clients include AFC Wimbledon (football), Loud and Clear (health and safety technical aids) and McAleer & Rushe (construction)

 

He serves as an Appeal Steward with the British Boxing Board of Control and is a trustee of Royal Wimbledon Golf Club.
